Japanese printer manufacturer Screen has won this year's award for label printers from the European Digital Press Association. The Truepress Jet L350UV SAI S model was honoured for its user-friendly software and improved print quality and speed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This enables them to gain a competitive advantage and establish themselves as pioneers in label printing,\" explains Taishi Motoshige, Marketing Director of Screen Europe.<\/p>\n

Launched in 2020, the printer is based on the Plus series, a high-productivity UV inkjet label press, but enables the reproduction of far more spot colours. The machine prints on substrates with a width of up to 350 millimetres and has a printing speed of up to 60 metres per minute<\/strong>. To date, Screen has sold more than 200 machines from its L350 series.<\/p>
