The ten recipes are prepared using Micvac in-pack cooking and pasteurisation technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"Since the pandemic, consumers have started to favour tasty recipes that remind them of home-cooked meals. <strong>The innovative Micvac technology is therefore a good fit for the future market<\/strong>\", says Roxana Manolescu, CEO of the Caroli Foods Group.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first time that the <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/tag\/micvac\/\">Micvac<\/a>-technology on the Romanian market. The technology makes it possible, <strong>that a dish retains both its flavour and nutritional value for 60 days without any additives or preservatives<\/strong>.
