At this year's CCE International in Munich, Baumer hhs will be presenting solutions for the application of pressure-sensitive adhesives on e-commerce packaging for practically all market requirements.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The new solutions, each optimised for the different requirements of the e-commerce market, include the tank design of the new Xmelt melter<\/strong> with a capacity of 100 kg, which guarantees optimum and particularly energy-efficient melting of (pressure-sensitive) adhesives in the production of shipping packaging made of strong corrugated cardboard. The control of this melter represents a very Uniform delivery of the adhesives<\/strong> This ensures particularly even adhesive application within narrow limits on strong corrugated board across all speed ranges.<\/p>

A consistently homogeneous adhesive application is from the fluid-technically revised nozzle<\/strong> of the tried-and-tested application head from Baumer hhs. This ensures that even large quantities of adhesive up to 500 g\/m2<\/sup> an even more even application.<\/p>
