In the food sector, the traceability of products plays an important role when it comes to complaints. This also applies to meat and sausage products. FF Frischfleisch AG was therefore looking for a solution for 100 per cent traceability of its products.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Complete documentation of production in the system is necessary for effective tracking. X-ray equipment<\/strong>, which store every product image (with and without contamination) centrally, can fulfil this requirement and thus guarantee a Continuous traceability of meat and sausage products<\/strong> in the event of any complaints.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The printers provide the Packs with line number, date and time<\/strong>. The challenge here was for the X-ray machine to generate this number, store the product image underneath it and pass the information on to the Videojet printer so that it could print the product image. identical number on the packaging<\/strong> prints.
