For thin-wall packaging, the company uses an alternative material made from a biopolymer that is obtained 100 per cent from plants. The material can be used on fully electric high-performance machines.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-443f8dd exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"443f8dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Ecocup drinking cup with a volume of 0.33 litres consists of 1<strong>00 per cent from plant-based polymer<\/strong>. On the <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=netstal\">Netstal<\/a>Stand N11\/M14 at the FIP in Lyon, the ecological cup will be produced on an all-electric Elion 1200-510 in a two-cavity mould from French partner SN Caulonque. Kaneka Biodegradable Polymer Green Planet is a 100 per cent bio-based polymer (PHBH) that is characterised by a <strong>Biofermentation process using renewable vegetable oils<\/strong> is produced as the starting material. The polymer accumulated in the bacteria is extracted and purified in a water-based process. Selected Kaneka Green Planet grades are therefore also certified as \u201eOK biodegradable soil and marine\u201c.
