The Evolution SoniXs MS-6 H straps up to 280 packages per hour fully automatically. Meanwhile, the fully automatic Saturn S6 ring wrapper achieves up to 120 pallets per hour. The Ring system a fast, space-saving and robust alternative to the rotary arm winder<\/strong> are. To stabilise the palletised crates even better, both the ring wrapper and the MS-6 H also work with a vertical cardboard edge protector. This is placed on the corners of the crates before they are secured for transport and creates a secure bond.<\/p>

The fully automatic line is complemented by a Virtual image in a web application<\/strong>, which displays the status of the end-of-line process as well as machine and consumption data.
