The aim is to avoid waste, recycle valuable raw materials and thus protect the climate and conserve resources.<\/p><p>Manufacturers and retailers who want to sell via online marketplaces such as Ebay in Germany must, in accordance with the Packaging Act, issue a packaging declaration before placing the goods on the market. <strong>Participation of packaging in a dual system<\/strong> conclude.
