The vacuum specialist Schmalz is taking over the Swedish company Binar Handling AB and its four subsidiaries in Europe and Asia, thereby strengthening its market position in ergonomic handling technology. With effect from 23 March, J. Schmalz GmbH has acquired Binar Handling AB together with its subsidiaries in China, Turkey, France and Germany. The Development and production company with headquarters in Trollh\u00e4ttan, Sweden<\/strong> previously belonged to the Argynnis Group AB.<\/p>

The German company Binar Handling GmbH is based in Staufenberg near Giessen and has another branch in Untergruppenbach near Heilbronn - at both locations Lifting solutions and load handling attachments<\/strong> designed, manufactured and distributed.<\/p>

Binar Handling began developing and manufacturing ergonomic lifting and handling solutions in 1979. The goal: to make lifting processes both easy and safe.
