In companies that have to fulfil high hygiene requirements, conveyor and transport technology must also be adapted accordingly. One of these sectors is the meat industry. Torwegge is now presenting its intralogistics solutions for the first time at IFFA. The focus will be on stainless steel products that are also suitable for cleanroom conditions.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Many companies in the meat industry have been ordering components and equipment for the transport and handling of their goods from Torwegge<\/a>. Due to the increased demand, the company from Bielefeld is now developing special solutions for this market segment<\/strong> and will be exhibiting some of them at IFFA. The focus is on stainless steel products.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For the areas Conveying and handling technology<\/strong> Among other things, the company is offering a trolley suitable for transporting 600\u00d7400 millimetre Euro containers. Wheels and castors will also be available at the trade fair: The company has designed a wheel made of elasticated polyurethane especially for use in smoking and cooking chambers. It is characterised by very smooth running, which is achieved by the lateral injection point.<\/p>

The solid stainless steel housing has a housing sealing ring that can withstand temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius. Also ideal for the meat industry are Wheels from the polyurethane smooth-running series<\/strong>. They have stainless steel ball bearings and are encapsulated with two small caps. The wheels are resistant to chemicals, oil and grease. Also Roller mouldings<\/strong> will be presented at the trade fair in Hall 12.0 at Stand D31, including aseptic or cold-resistant products for temperatures down to -30 degrees Celsius.<\/p>
