Direct label printing on film and smooth surfaces without any adhesive labels is made possible by a new development from REA Elektronik in the field of high-resolution REA Jet HR systems. Using this printing technology, codes and plain text can also be written on transparent packaging film with optimum contrast. The system creates a white ink mirror in a single work step and writes on it \"wet on wet\" with black ink.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The digital Direct printing is a cost-effective solution for the flexible labelling of secondary packaging<\/strong> with both static and variable information. The new generation of high-resolution inkjet printers REA<\/a> Jet GK 2.0 uses variable print data to write text, logos and graphics (image) on porous and absorbent surfaces such as cardboard, paper or wood in any combination. Heights of up to 100 millimetres can be achieved with just one print head. The devices are fully Industry 4.0-capable and can be easily integrated into production thanks to their compact design.<\/p>

The new LabelTower uses a special combination of technologies to check the label content and quality of 1-D\/2-D codes in a single step. The intelligent development was designed especially for companies that produce a lot of labels. and label their food or beverages for export with labels in different languages.<\/strong> provided.<\/p>
