It is becoming increasingly important to pack goods of all kinds to a high standard and protect them from theft and external influences. What Neubronner GmbH & Co. KG in Oberursel fulfils these requirements and holds the world's cardboard packaging together perfectly.

The product range of this long-established company is broadly diversified. It ranges from hotmelt-coated taping strips for sealing the factory edge of cardboard boxes to papers for carrier bags and envelopes, PE-coated papers for sealing sacks and glued joint papers for the wood and furniture industry. For over 100 years, the company has specialised in the production of Paper adhesive strips. With fibre-reinforced wet adhesive strips Neubronner is even the only manufacturer in Europe.

Parcel sealing with wet adhesive strips

An optimum solution for the secure closure of cardboard packaging is the Wet adhesive strips. Once sealed with wet-activated strips, the packs can no longer be opened without destroying them. The adhesive penetrates the surface of the carton and causes a Real connection with the package. The parcel is sealed.

Strongest form of closure: wet adhesive strips made from fibre-reinforced, multi-layer paper composites.

At Neubronner, 82 employees produce paper products for the packaging and corrugated board industry using state-of-the-art equipment. Intensive research and development have led these products to a level of technology that defines the industry and is appreciated by customers worldwide. In-house product development, an in-house laboratory and a very high level of vertical integration enable us to fulfil our customers' requirements. individual customer wishes.

The strongest and most attractive

Wet adhesive tapes made from fibre-reinforced, multi-layer paper composites are the strongest form of closure. Even climatic influences such as extreme cold, heat or high humidity do not affect these sealing strips. They are also highly resistant to ageing. Even after years, the contents of the box are still reliably protected. As they seal dust-tight, the strips are also ideal for use in the food industry or in medical technology. In addition, the packaging sealed in this way can be completely recycled after use without any concerns. There is no need for time-consuming separation of materials.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:block;text-align:center" data-ad-layout="in-article" data-ad-format="fluid" data-ad-client="ca-pub-2686439340972671" data-ad-slot="6171251825"></ins>

During the production of the thick strips, water-soluble glue is broken down using steam and applied to the paper web using an applicator.
