The result is a robotic nest filling machine that also enables other pharmaceutical companies to fill individual syringes cost-effectively. Steriline presented this solution at the recently concluded PHARMINTECH trade fair in Milan.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b1e11f0 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b1e11f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The idea came from an Italian manufacturer of veterinary medicines that wanted to expand its product portfolio by adding pre-filled single-dose glass syringes (VEG) to the multiple-dose vials it already produced. Steriline then developed a complete robotic nest filling machine as a stand-alone solution. A robot arm picks up the nest with the empty VEG in the tub and positions it under the two filling heads, which are connected to the peristaltic pumps. The glass containers can now be filled with any filling quantity from 0.1 ml. In addition to the double filling heads, the machine is also equipped with two stoppering heads. Filling and stoppering are performed simultaneously. It has a production capacity of up to 2,900 units\/hour and is designed to process 0.5 ml pre-filled single-dose glass syringes. The machine allows for easy format changeovers, resulting in a very flexible solution that can be easily adapted to new company requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
