Georg Schrepfer GmbH ventures into new product and customer segments. At the beginning of May, 50 per cent of the shares were transferred to Simon Hegele. At the beginning of May, the Simon Hegele Company<\/a> f\u00fcr Logistik und Service mbH acquired 50 per cent of the shares in Georg Schrepfer GmbH from the previous shareholder Martin Henselmann. 50 per cent will remain with the previous shareholder Thomas Bach. The portfolio ranges from planning to the design and production of packaging, including all packaging services.
