TVI was honoured with the Fleischer-Handwerk Award 2022 at IFFA for its latest product development. The universal portioning machine GMS 400 won the award in the processing machines category. It enables small and medium-sized production companies in particular to automate portioning.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The portioner can be used with easy and intuitive to operate with minimal labour<\/strong> are placed in a drawer. The pieces of meat are placed in a drawer at the side. As soon as this is inserted into the machine, the process starts. In the first step, the product is shaped and measured three-dimensionally. The next step involves portioning residue-free or with a minimal section<\/strong>. The portions are then transported out via a conveyor belt at an ergonomic height and fed to the downstream process. The GMS 400 is also line-compatible with other TVI modules and communicates with any additional TVI equipment, such as the checkweigher.<\/p>
