Tricor Packaging & Logistics AG. is expanding its strategic product portfolio and acquiring Thimm Packaging Systems from the Thimm Group. A new independent division is being created under the name Tricor Packaging Systems.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tricor<\/a> announced that Rengo, the Japanese parent company, had released the funds for the takeover. Thimm<\/a> Packaging Systems is a leading supplier of Multi-material packaging with seven locations in Germany<\/strong> and one location in the Czech Republic.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
