The Hans Joachim Boekstegers Award 2022 was presented on 25 May 2022 at the company headquarters in Wolfertschwenden. In the \"Best Technical Future Professional\" category, Susanne Papp was delighted to receive the first award and prize money of 1,000 euros. The award winner completed her training as a mechatronics technician at the Austrian production site in Lechaschau in spring 2022. At the same time she passed the Matura, the Austrian school-leaving certificate, while working<\/strong>. A commitment that the Multivac jury also saw in Yannis R\u00fcck. He completed his training as an electronics technician for automation technology at the Wolfertschwenden site in spring 2022 and won second place and 500 euros in prize money in the \"Best Technical Future Professional\" category.<\/p>

In the \"Best Commercial Future Professional\" category, IT specialist Valentin Bittner won first place and 1,000 euros in prize money. Julian Rahmann, who successfully completed his training as an industrial clerk at the subsidiary Fritsch in Markt Einersheim, took second place.<\/p>

Among the students who wrote their thesis between September 2020 and August 2021, Nikolas Pekarek impressed the jury. The prizewinner has been working as a development engineer at the company since 2015 and completed his Master's degree in \"Product Development in Mechanical and Plant Engineering\" part-time. As part of his final thesis Finally, he developed a competitive mould concept for the packaging of food from the fresh produce and convenience food segments<\/strong> for the Tray and Pouch Packaging business unit. He impressed the jury, winning the \"Best International Graduation Work\" category and also 1,000 euros in prize money.<\/p>
