Even when labelling and coding packaging and products, methods can be used that avoid waste or do not generate any in the first place. Bluhm Systeme will be presenting such solutions at Lasys in Stuttgart. These include a laser that enables zero-waste labelling.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The choice of the right laser coder plays a decisive role when marking a surface. CO2<\/sub>-lasers mark paper, cardboard, plastic, rubber, wood, anodised surfaces as well as glass and ceramics. Fibre lasers are suitable for harder materials such as stainless steel, plastic and even plastic films. Laser Mark contactless and sterile from microscopically small to large areas<\/strong>. The coding is durable, abrasion-resistant and insensitive to chemicals, cleaning agents, etc. The thin laser beam precisely marks stationary and moving products, even through the narrowest gaps. Lasers dispense with consumables such as paper or ink and therefore do not cause any waste<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The new Lightworx workstation is a fibre laser. It is economical and is characterised by numerous features, including an illuminated interior, a touch screen display (CU), an optional rotary axis for cylindrical products with a diameter of approx. 1 to max. 80 mm and additional storage space.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div><\/div>

Fibre laser workstations from Bluhm Systems<\/a> are suitable for coding small batches or individual items by hand. Matching the certified high-tech fibre lasers in the e-SolarMark plus series, the universal Basic II and Basic III models can be used as independent stations in manual production or as a cell in semi-automated production<\/strong> can be integrated. The modular design makes it easy to replace the laser for higher performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The LFM 140 of laser class 1 is a Manual workstation for the production of nameplates from adhesive film<\/strong>. The closed CO2<\/sub>laser encodes the laser-sensitive material and then cuts it precisely to size. A permanent vacuum fixes the label in place. Layout, data, logos and graphics are transferred by software.\u00a0<\/p>
