Mondi has teamed up with the National Test Centre Circular Plastics (NTCP) in the Netherlands to test the sortability of its mono-material bags. The tests on the polypropylene bags were carried out under realistic conditions and confirm that the sortability into the appropriate waste stream.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In a series of tests Mondi<\/a> prove that its mono-material polypropylene (PP) bags and roll material can be sorted into the appropriate waste streams. The tests prove that the top film and the thermoformed semi-rigid trays are successfully sorted into the correct subgroup. The tests are part of the company's MAP2030 sustainability commitments to provide circular solutions with innovative packaging and paper solutions, Keeping materials in circulation and avoiding waste<\/strong>.
