NOVEXX Solutions GmbH from Eching is exhibiting its new \u201eXPU\u201c pallet labeller at Anuga FoodTec. It is optimised to apply two GS1-compliant DIN A5 labels to adjacent pallet sides without having to turn the pallet.<\/p>\n

The new XPU pallet labeller is based on the tried-and-tested \u201eALX 926\u201c printing and labelling system from NOVEXX. It is installed on either the left or right side of a conveyor line and then applies the two labels with variable data to the pallets in first-class print quality, according to the company. The machine has a compact and robust design with a sturdy housing. According to NOVEXX Managing Director Manfred Borbe, the new system ideally complements the company's portfolio. It now covers all applications in supply chain management with Labelling solutions<\/strong> from.<\/p>\n

As one of the main advantages of the XPU, the manufacturer emphasises the reliability<\/strong> out. The Suction pad on the applicator head<\/strong> ensures wrinkle-free application of the label. Thanks to the \u201enear edge\u201c print head technology, changing data can be applied in real time without errors with a print resolution of 300 dpi. For the Applying two labels to adjacent pallet sides<\/strong> the conveyor belt only has to stop once. A total of 180 pallets could be labelled per hour.<\/p>

Also with User friendliness<\/strong> NOVEXX aims to score points with the XPU. A door at the front of the housing makes it easy to change the label and film rolls. The applicator arm and the label printers and dispensers are also easily accessible.<\/p>\n

The labelling system is also suitable for RFID labels<\/strong>. NOVEXX offers its own \u201eTRACE-it\u201c software for managing and tracking product data. The new pallet labeller can be easily connected to it.<\/p>\n
