Beck Automation AG has been active in the international medical market since spring 2022. The focus: automation solutions for manufacturers of medical consumables that are produced using injection moulding.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

According to the company, the reactions to the market launch on social networks were extremely positive, as were the enquiries that followed. \"We hadn't expected so much positive feedback and enquiries,\" says Sales Manager Medical Ralf Ziemer, looking back. \"We didn't necessarily want to push IML in the medical sector, but around 50 per cent of all enquiries have to do with IML. Some of these are specific, high-precision applications. For example, we are currently working on a solution to insert an RFID label into components that will later be used with pre-filled syringes. We received the enquiry for this pioneering technology because we are the only automation company that can offer such precise solutions.\"<\/p>

In addition, further promising projects were generated. The team at Beck Automation<\/a> is working on a project for the US market involving the scaling of a centrifuge tube. IML is intended to replace the printing technology used to date. Ziemer is aware that the IML process must be carried out extremely accurately and reliably for such applications<\/strong>as some inaccuracies (print-to-cut) of the labels have to be compensated for.<\/p>

\"We are able to map these very precise IML processes. We combine our experience with the innovations we have developed. Moreover We are already working on future technologies, such as high-precision positioning<\/strong>which we will be presenting this year at the K trade fair in D\u00fcsseldorf,\" continues Ziemer.<\/p>
