The core element of the line is the RX 4.0 thermoforming packaging machine in GMP version<\/strong> - a model of the X-line, with which Multivac supports the digitalisation of packaging processes and Industry 4.0 and IoT solutions.<\/p>

With its comprehensive sensor technology, modern control system and networking with the Multivac Cloud, the RX 4.0 is ideal for for the packaging process of sensitive products in the medical goods and pharmaceutical industries.<\/strong> The RFID-coded X-tools also enable fast, reliable mould and therefore product changeovers. The fully enclosed RX 4.0 in GMP design will be on show in Frankfurt for the production of combination packs with syringe, filter and vial. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It also shows Multivac<\/a> a modular carrier system with integrated handling module H 242 for inserting a syringe into a combination pack. A high-performance vision system is used in the carrier system.<\/strong> This ensures that the packs are reliably checked for completeness even at high throughput rates and checks whether the individual products have been correctly inserted into the designated cavities.<\/p>

Other exhibits include the L 320 conveyor belt labeller, which has been specially Developed for quick and precise labelling of round or oval bottles, glasses or cups<\/strong>. The L 320 can be optimally designed for the respective industry requirements thanks to its modular standard elements.<\/p>

The model is also flexible in terms of label positioning. The labels can be positioned on all sides, over the corner or all round.<\/strong> Sealing labels can also be applied. Multivac Partner Granites<\/a> will be presenting a carton erecting module at the trade fair, which is part of a flexible packaging line system. The system can be combined with a Graniten Casepacker\/Palletiser or operated as a stand-alone system.<\/strong> This module is part of the Graniten Flexline, the next-generation packaging line that opens up a new niche where flexibility and Close to Zero (C2Z) changeover times are crucial.<\/p>
