Rotzinger PharmaPack is presenting digital solutions for pharmaceutical production at Achema. The focus will be on the portfolio relating to the networking of machines. Digital solutions for their production and packaging processes support them in this. Rotzinger Pharmapack develops Interfaces for optimum communication, both from person to machine and between machines.<\/strong><\/p>

Visitors to the Achema stand can also find out about the new Manufacturing Executive System (MES) DF4 - Pharma<\/strong>, <\/em>a cross-line system for controlling the production process in the pharmaceutical sector. In conjunction with the omlox localisation standard, the MES ensures Improved documentation and traceability of the use of employees, materials and tools in production.<\/strong> The automated system records and documents various data, which helps to improve process quality and simplifies the traceability of all steps in the production process.<\/p>

Automated tasks and process steps can be performed by confirmation from the operating personnel. documented directly on the system and automatically stored in the batch record with the corresponding additional information<\/strong>. For the digital localisation of objects and person tags, the DF4 MES solution uses UWB (ultra-wideband) technology, which is provided by Trumpf Tracking Technologies. It emits broadband signals and can therefore the relative position independently of interference and other radio signals<\/strong> of a compact, mobile transponder (tag) to several fixed mounted base stations (satellites).<\/p>

The DeepHub software solution (omlox Hub)<\/em> from Flowcate centrally collects location information from all core zones or complementary zones, regardless of the technologies used, and makes it available to all relevant applications. Furthermore, areas can be defined within production in DeepHub<\/strong>So-called \"fences\" that trigger individually configurable actions when entering and leaving - this allows requirements for the presence of people and material to be documented. This allows the position of qualified employees or various process requirements to be transferred from the master batch record to the batch protocol.
