For years now, the Etimex Primary Packaging<\/a> GmbH aims to establish sustainable processes, save resources, reduce plastic and develop recyclable products. Such packaging materials are particularly popular with customers, that work entirely without aluminium and adhesives<\/strong> and still fulfil all requirements for reliability, safety and economy.<\/p>

A new product from Etimex is a food-optimised bonding agent film based on PP-MSA. The material offers perfect Protection for sensitive products and can be laminated onto sheet metal or aluminium without adhesive thanks to thermal lamination.<\/strong> This process has several advantages for both manufacturers and consumers.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div><\/div>

On the one hand, there is no need to apply a layer of adhesive using the cold pressing process, which Lower manufacturing costs, a more favourable overall energy balance and therefore more environmental friendliness<\/strong> brings with it. On the other hand, the safety of the filling material is increased. As the process is completely solvent-free without the use of adhesive, there is no risk of solvent pollutants diffusing into the filling material.<\/p>

In addition, the adhesion promoter film is already Usable from a very low thickness of 40 \u03bcm<\/strong> and is therefore suitable for numerous applications. Food manufacturers who want to completely dispense with aluminium packaging components in the future can rely on the Etimex<\/a> peel film for printed circuit board applications. The product enables reliable Stability in the production process with the complete elimination of aluminium.<\/strong><\/p>

For example, die-cut yoghurt lids can be produced from PP monofilm with a density < 1, which means that the Entire packaging fully recyclable<\/strong> becomes. The use of PP mono film saves weight and protects the contents from the effects of light thanks to its increased opacity.<\/p>

Etimex is presenting another product innovation in the field of childproofing blister packs. The idea: to protect potentially dangerous products packaged in blister packs with a reliable child safety device. The recyclable PP monoblisters have been enhanced with a new feature for this purpose: a peel-push film that is good but not too easy to remove.<\/strong> The newly developed peel layer enables adhesion to the laminating BOPP film with unrestricted push-through capability. This combination of both films results in child-resistant packaging - because it is two-step procedure only<\/strong> and therefore difficult for children to open.<\/p>
