With Clean Design into the modular future: Herma is taking its successful modular concept for labelling machines to a whole new level. Users benefit from the constructive up-lift in several ways.<\/strong><\/p>

The first machine to be presented in Clean Design HERMA<\/a> the 152C for the wrap-around labelling<\/strong> (image). The conversion of further machines to the clean design is taking place gradually. The associated digitalised order processing also ensures significantly shorter throughput times and is an equally important prerequisite for faster availability on the customer side.<\/p>

The clean design forms a strong visual and functional contrast to the previous machine concept. With the closed drill holes, a minimum of gaps and grooves and the panelling with rounded corners, the hygienic design of these machines offers a high level of protection against soiling and also makes cleaning and maintenance easier. But clean design means more: Profiles from large series are used for the base frame and shortened to the required lengths to save resources.<\/strong> This minimises the machining of the materials and makes an important contribution to sustainable production.<\/p>

Thanks to the clean design, the centre of gravity is also shifted downwards in many cases compared to the previous design. This makes the labellers even more stable and robust in everyday operation.<\/p>

The Clean Design provides for two versions of the base frame: Aluminium and stainless steel. Regardless of how strict the customer's requirements are in terms of hygiene standards, they do not have to compromise when it comes to the choice of machines or performance. In addition, the company is now offering the Clean Design machines as standard in both EU and US versions.<\/strong> This makes it easier for multinational customers in particular to standardise procurement and production processes across locations.<\/p>

In future, a newly developed online configurator will make it possible to configure even complex labelling machines directly on the screen during customer meetings and to visualise individual functions. This provides greater clarity and the associated digitalised order processing ensures that customer requirements are implemented in the shortest possible time.<\/p>
