More productivity and efficiency in the packaging sector in less space thanks to integrated end-of-line solutions: This is the joint objective of Mettler-Toledo Product Inspection and Buhmann Pac Solutions.<\/strong><\/p>

Thanks to the new organisational structure announced in spring 2022 Co-operation<\/strong> The aim is to better fulfil customer requirements in this area and simplify project management as much as possible. The aim is to significantly reduce commissioning times at the customer's site and deliver perfectly harmonised interfaces on a joint project basis.<\/p>

Mettler-Toledo<\/a> presents on Bogeyman<\/a>-Stand the latest in-line product inspection solutions<\/strong> in the future: The focus here is primarily on space-saving combination systems that combine functions for checkweighing, foreign object detection using a metal detection or X-ray inspection system and optical inspection for labelling control.<\/p>

Buhmann Systeme will be demonstrating live for the first time how Mettler-Toledo can provide a greater depth of integration between product inspection and its end-of-line packaging portfolio in the future. The Buhmann highlights at the trade fair stand include Servofeed PF410 and PF200 as well as Servowrap C500.<\/strong><\/p>

The Servofeed PF410 is used for manufacturer-independent line separation after thermoforming machines for products from multi-lane production lines to a single-lane onward transport (image). The system takes over the pack formation at the longitudinal cut of the thermoforming machine and separates it by means of Pick & place system<\/strong> for downstream line components such as checkweighers, metal detectors and labellers.<\/p>

The PF200 servofeed is a servo control unit with a Compact stand-alone stacking aid<\/strong> for manual packing stations and semi-automatic packing processes for product stacks of the same or different heights.<\/p>
