Nilfisk will be presenting high-performance cleaning solutions from its product portfolio for product conveyor systems as well as industrial and cleanroom vacuum cleaners with the aim of maximising process reliability and efficiency in the production and packaging processes of the manufacturing industry.<\/strong><\/p>

With the new 3-series of automated product conveyor systems, the company is bundling Nilfisk<\/a> expertise with needs-orientated innovative strength. The centrepiece is the new 3VP model, which fits seamlessly into any production environment thanks to its modular GMP design.<\/strong> With a conveying capacity of up to 550 kilograms per hour, the compressed air-driven product conveyor feeds process machines (capsule filling machines or tablet presses) with powders and granulates (Fig.).<\/p>

The implemented plug conveying process ensures that the mixture components are not separated despite different weights or densities and that the concentration of the components remains constant. The filtration performance of the PTFE M-class main filter and the HEPA H14 filter element enables the safe and hygienic handling of fine powders down to 0.2 micrometres, while efficient filter cleaning processes ensure fast material changes.<\/strong> Thanks to the compact dimensions of the hopper and chassis and the low weight of a maximum of 17 kilograms, installation is possible without any problems even in very confined spaces.<\/p>
