Beck Automation's presentation will focus on a range of new developments and innovative solutions for in-mould labelling (IML), efficient packaging automation and medical applications.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

One new product that is being shown to the public for the first time is the Beck Bailer metal ironing machine<\/strong>. The system can be operated autonomously thanks to its own control system and should be of particular interest to producers of industrial plastic buckets.<\/p>

Buckets are fed into the system, these are precisely positioned and aligned with the bracket hole.<\/strong> The metal bar is then separated, the handle rollers are pushed on and the bar is given the desired ironing contour. The finished hangers are conveyed to a pressing station, where the bucket and hangers are precisely aligned and the ends of the hangers are then pressed into the holes.<\/p>

A wide variety of bucket shapes from round to rectangular or square to oval with a diameter of 175 to 380 millimetres and a height of 100 to 450 millimetres can be processed. The system was designed for a cycle of 3.5 seconds per bucket. In the medical sector, the focus will be on the possible applications of IML for medical products.<\/strong> This opens up new possibilities for the functionality of a product.<\/p>

The company also has a Adjustment head for even more precise label alignment<\/strong> in its luggage (image). The new development is part of the IML system and is mounted on the transport unit that loads the core dummy with labels. On the transport path between the magazine and the core dummy, the newly developed head precisely aligns the label, thereby increasing positioning accuracy, reducing waste and manual fine adjustments. The application will be demonstrated at the Wittmann Battenfeld stand in Hall 15, Stand C06.<\/p>
