Marchesini has now acquired 100 per cent of the group. The company aims to create a link between mechanical engineering, robotics software, digitalisation and AI.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f53c21 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f53c21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=marchesini+group\">Marchesini Group<\/a> announces the acquisition of 100 per cent of the <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=sea+vision+group\">SEA Vision Group<\/a> announced today. Following the acquisition, Pietro Cassani, Chief Executive Officer of the Marchesini Group, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of SEA Vision Group, which will also include Michele Cei, co-founder of the company, who will continue in the role of CEO. With this strategic decision and in line with its usual policy, the <strong>new corporate structure will not affect the SEA Vision Group's expansion plan<\/strong>which forecasts sales of over 50 million euros for 2022.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1feb87f exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1feb87f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p>\"We have been involved in Industry 4.0 for more than 20 years, long before it became a hot topic. As part of this strategy, the SEA Vision Group recently acquired the AI specialist ARGO Vision, while the Marchesini Group completed the acquisition of Proteo Engineering, a specialist in industrial
