At K 2022, packaging specialist Sch\u00fcmann will be showcasing its complete range of bag closing tapes (BCT), which enable the secure and fast closing or sealing of standard film bags made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), rigid polyethylene (HDPE) and oriented polypropylene (OPP).<\/strong><\/p>

However, quality requirements differ depending on the content and shipping method: whether the choice is then made in favour of a Tape from the reversible closure tape group or a variant from the permanent adhesive BCT family<\/strong> The type of packaging used depends primarily on the type of packaged goods and the requirements for tamper protection and usability of the packaging.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Due to their seal-like properties, permanently adhesive BCTs are ideal for packaging cosmetics, pharmaceutical and hygiene products, foodstuffs and banking and insurance documents. The BCTs have high-quality adhesive coatings and are suitable for fully automated application in bag manufacturers' processing systems<\/strong>. They are supplied ready for use in the form of cross-wound rolls that can be inserted directly into the machines and are designed for high production speeds. They can be thermally cut with welding bars and heat cutters or punched by machine.<\/p>
