Plastics<\/span> Europe Germany<\/span> Supports<\/span> active<\/span> the development of a national strategy for a circular economy for plastics. Following the start of work on a key issues paper, recommendations for action on the concept of a circular economyPLUS have now been published.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Plastics producers are determined to continue the transformation to a circular economy despite\u00a0<\/span>a<\/span>current<\/span> challenges. The key technologies that are needed<\/span> become,<\/span> at\u00a0<\/span>the carbon cycle<\/span> complete<\/span> are already in place. In<\/span> the<\/span> coming\u00a0<\/span>years, the aim must be to scale these quickly<\/span> and<\/span> Technol<\/span>o<\/span>gies as well as<\/span>business<\/span>s<\/span>models\u00a0<\/span>for a climate-neutral circular economy<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plastics Europe Germany wants to actively drive this change forward<\/span> -<\/span> about the\u00a0<\/span>Provision of expertise for the development of the \u201e<\/span>National<\/span>n<\/span> Circular economy strategy<\/span>\"\u00a0<\/span>(NKRWS)<\/span> of the Federal Government<\/span>. This should<\/span> existing and future<\/span> Regulations and strategies\u00a0<\/span>for strengthening<\/span> the<\/span> Circular economy<\/span> in Germany<\/span>.<\/span> By the end of this year\u00a0<\/span>intends to<\/span>s<\/span> Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety<\/span> and\u00a0<\/span>Consumer protection<\/span> (BMUV)<\/span>, to submit a key issues paper for the NKRWS.<\/span> In the<\/span> Spring 2023\u00a0<\/span>The aim is to involve a broad range of stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>

With the start of the development of the key issues paper<\/span> published<\/span> Plastics Europe Germany\u00a0<\/span>now the information provided by this<\/span> Expert group<\/span> developed recommendations for action<\/span> to the concept of a\u00a0<\/span>Circular economyPLU<\/span>S<\/span>. The addition \u201ePLUS\u201c goes <\/span>to the\u00a0<\/span>Necessity back<\/span>, to think holistically about the circular economy.<\/span><\/p>\n
