To this end, one billion euros is to be invested in the construction of a new plant for cardboard production by 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following the first machine conversion at the Oulu site last year from paper to kraftliner, the remaining unused paper line is to be converted into a modern and flexible line for folding boxboard and coated unbleached kraftboard.
