MixMe is a multivitamin and multimineral food supplement from DSM Nutritional Products, which was developed to combat malnutrition in developing countries and has been marketed in numerous countries for years. Compared to conventional packaging made of PET, aluminium and PE, the new paper and film packaging is made of Mater-Bi - Novamont's bioplastic obtained from raw materials of plant origin - and is therefore Compostable according to the EN 13432 standard<\/strong> and contains over 65 per cent renewable raw materials.<\/p>

The water-based technology of the biodegradable Coathink coating from SAES Coated Films offers a high moisture and oxygen barrier<\/strong>, This is a prerequisite for optimum preservation of the powdered product and its micronutrient content throughout its shelf life. Thanks to its good sealability, the packaging can be processed on conventional automatic packaging lines<\/strong> are used. The innovative packaging not only guarantees the same durability and performance as conventional laminates, but also solves the problem of recycling small packaging made from non-separable laminated materials.<\/p>
