In Paris, S\u00fcdpack, SN Maschinenbau and Serpac are presenting a sustainable solution for packaging in stand-up pouches. The PE-based pouches are recyclable and are processed on a pouch packaging machine from SN Maschinenbau.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The horizontal pouch packaging machine type FME 50 is a cost-effective, flexible and very easy-to-operate pouch packaging machine for Production, filling and closing of 3- and 4-side sealed and stand-up pouches<\/strong>. The bags are filled and sealed with a wide variety of products using appropriately designed dosing devices.<\/p>

Both conventional and the latest recyclable material structures, such as the Doypack PurePE from South pack<\/a>, can be processed at up to 100 cycles per minute without any problems and without any loss of quality. Another contribution to sustainability is the particularly low energy requirement of the FME 50. \u201eDesigned as a \u201cplug & play\" machine and very easy to transport in one piece<\/strong>. The reduction in format changeover times was also important in the development and simplifies the operability of the machine to the extent that format changes can now be carried out almost without tools in a maximum of 10 minutes.<\/p>

S\u00fcdpack's packaging concept is based on the PE polymer, which is classified as recyclable in many countries and is therefore of particular interest to international customers.<\/strong> is. Like all of the company's films, this mono-material can also be equipped with different functionalities to ensure optimum product and flavour protection depending on the packaged products. The range of applications extends from grated cheese and dried sausages, nuts and snacks to coffee, tea, spices and powdered products.<\/p>

The The pack is opened and reclosed by means of<\/strong>\u00a0Zipper systems<\/strong> possible. They are already available on the market on a PE basis, so that such a solution can be assessed as a genuine single-material solution and fed into appropriate recycling loops. The zipper systems can be easily and reliably integrated into the flat or stand-up pouches.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
