With the 3D Configurator Bobst<\/a> is now offering a new online tool for its all-in-one, all-inline label printing machines from the Digital Master family, which customers can use to configure and visualise the exact machines they need. The Integration of digital and flexographic printing technology into a seamless process<\/strong> provides label manufacturers with new possibilities in production - with reduced waste and greater efficiency at the same time.<\/p>

The company launched the Digital Master family in April 2022. It underlines the company's vision for the future of label production. The new printing machines, which are available in printing widths of 340 and 510 mm, each integrate digital and analogue technology into a production process that performs several work steps in a single pass<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

Using the new 3D Configurator, label manufacturers can online access to all modules available for the Digital Master family of presses.<\/strong> including modules for flexo printing, delam\/relam, multilayer labels, combo coupon labels, hot foil stamping, combo lamination, screen printing as well as semi-rotary and rotary die-cutting. The individual modules can be added, arranged, combined or even removed from the basic machine depending on the production requirements. All modules are visualised in 3D - each with explanations that describe their use and possibilities in detail.\u00a0<\/p>
