Nestl\u00e9 wants to give its customers an alternative to aluminium capsules. With Huhtamaki's high-precision technology, wood fibres can be formed in moulds with high-precision tolerances of a fraction of a millimetre.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a669a6d exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a669a6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The collaboration between the two companies is based on a lean approach to product and process development, which has accelerated time-to-market in record time. The <strong>home-compostable paper-based coffee capsule was introduced by Nespresso in France<\/strong>. After three years of research and development work <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=nestle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nestl\u00e9<\/a> home-compostable paper-based capsules that offer the premium coffee that the brand stands for - without compromising on flavour. The company has set up the UAC (Union des Acteurs du Compostable) in France, an interest group that brings together public institutions, companies, recycling companies and non-governmental organisations with the aim of promoting the use of capsules in the public organic waste management system, <strong>jointly introduce solutions that help producers of biowaste to improve its sorting<\/strong> and to sensitise consumers to composting.<\/p><p>The new range will initially be introduced for Nespresso ORIGINALl machines in Switzerland and France as part of a pilot project.
