The chemical company Sabic and the transport packaging manufacturer Cabka have cooperated in the production of a fully recyclable large container. The result is the foldable CabCube 4840.<\/strong><\/p>

Cabka<\/a> In its search for a fully recyclable, lightweight polymer to manufacture the CabCube, the company turned to Sabic<\/a> turned. Within less than six months, the two companies worked closely together to develop several high-performance PP compounds<\/strong> and ensured their excellent workability, high compressive strength and high impact strength while minimising weight in this application.<\/p>

The two companies are also cooperating on the use of polyolefin compounds with mechanically recycled material content. Sabic's portfolio of circular solutions and services will help Cabka and its customers in this respect with new ways to realise their sustainability goals<\/strong>. In addition, both companies want to work together to optimise Sabic's logistics\/packaging systems and replace disposable wooden pallets and cardboard octabins with lightweight reusable plastic products.<\/p>
