The life cycle of packaging also includes disposal. On a commercial scale in particular, this can add up to a lot and tie up manpower. So it's no wonder that automated solutions are also being developed here, such as the AutoLoadBaler from Strautmann Umwelt GmbH.<\/strong><\/p>

The machine automates filling and compaction in cardboard presses so that they no longer need to be operated manually. According to the company, this can save up to four hours of working time.<\/strong><\/p>

The cardboard collected by the employees is fed into the AutoLoadBaler in a collection trolley and the empty trolley is then ready to be filled again. The filling and baling process then starts automatically. Feed rollers guide the cardboard packaging into the pressing chamber and the pressing process starts as soon as it is filled. The machine needs up to 70 trailer loads to produce a 400-kilogram bale.<\/strong><\/p>

As soon as a bale is compacted in the baler, it can be tied and placed on a pallet for transport. It is no longer necessary to repress the bales.<\/strong> It is transported directly to the recycler.<\/p>
