The Biofach and Vivaness trade fairs took place in Nuremberg from 14 to 17 February. The trade fair duo attracted almost 36,000 trade visitors from 135 countries, who were able to find out about the latest developments in the industry at the stands of the 2,765 exhibitors from 95 countries.<\/strong><\/p>

A total of 120 expertly organised individual sessions at the accompanying congress with almost 8,000 participants once again made it a forum for the future of the industry. In addition to the main topic \u201eOrganic. Food sovereignty. True prices\u201c with up to 125 listeners and panellists at the individual events, the focus was primarily on questions relating to current market developments and trends as well as the political and legal framework.<\/strong> The event on the international market situation \u201eGlobal Organic Market Overview\u201c in the Biofach Forum was the best attended with 242 participants in 2023.<\/p>

At the trade fairs, around one in four also made use of the digital event platform<\/strong>. The majority of them were hybrid participants. They were on site, but also used the platform before and during the trade fair. The content of the congress is still available afterwards.<\/p>
