According to the company, this retrofit enables the optimum operating pressure and thus leads to the same productivity with lower power consumption.<\/strong><\/p><p>In order to cope with peak loads, the hydraulic system of hybrid Netstal injection moulding machines is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 250 bar. <strong>Depending on the application, a lower value would also be sufficient.<\/strong> \u201eThis is where we come in with the new system pressure reduction and make our machines even more energy-efficient. The adaptive control determines the optimum point at all times in automatic mode and adjusts the system pressure accordingly. <strong>With the same or even increased productivity, the energy consumption for providing the system pressure is reduced to a minimum<\/strong>\u201e, says Daniel Wipfli, Product Manager at Netstal. The reduced load on the equipment can help to extend the service life of the machine. The acquisition costs per year of use are lower. A higher price can also be realised on the used machine market at the end of the intended service life.<\/p><p>The adaptive system pressure reduction is optionally available for all hybrid Netstal
