When experts gather in Berlin on 30 and 31 March for the 18th German Packaging Congress, speakers from the world of brands will be among those discussing the challenges and opportunities for the packaging industry in times of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA).<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Eva Bredehorst, Global Packaging Sustainability Manager at Beiersdorf, will explain in her presentation, what influence VUCA has on the sustainability strategy of brands<\/strong>. It sets out Beiersdorf's sustainability strategy, identifies necessary collaborations and describes challenges and opportunities in the area of design for recycling in cosmetics packaging.<\/p>

About the Sustainability transformation at L'Or\u00e9al<\/strong> informed Irene Binder, Sustainability Transformation Director at L'Or\u00e9al DACH, while Gabriele H\u00e4ssig, Managing Director Communications and Sustainability at Procter & Gamble Service GmbH, was the brand representative at the Panel discussion on the topic \u201eAre we failing at the Recycling<\/u>?\u201c<\/strong> participates.<\/p>

Olaf Dechow, Senior Project Manager Materials & Circularity, Corporate Responsibility of the Otto Group will the impact of packaging regulations on online retail<\/strong> in retrospect, with a view to the current situation and as an outlook. What do the ecological and other framework conditions look like? And what effects does the EU packaging regulation have, for example, with regard to the proportion of recycled material?, <\/u>Empty volume, reusable quota and reusable for large electrical appliances?<\/p>
