The PA teams for mechanical engineering, design, automation and materials science have already developed the first functioning prototypes together with PulPac. Several brand partners have already joined the collective, to continue the development and scaling of fibre bottles until 2025.

Dry Molded Fiber uses renewable pulp and cellulose resources to produce cost-effective, high-performance fibre-based packaging. The patented manufacturing process consumes less CO2 than plastic and conventional wet moulding processes. Almost no water is used during production, resulting in a versatile container shape. The fibre bottles are suitable for water, dairy products, non-carbonated soft drinks, cleaning products, skin and hair care products and much more. Together with leading global consumer brand partners, we can accelerate the development of the world's first bottle made from dry moulded fibre. This will make the most of our renewable resources while having a positive impact on reducing today's single-use plastic litter. We have a prototype and a working process.
