Forga, the research institute for media technology, recognises production systems that can demonstrate compliance with ISO standards. Konica Minolta has now received certification for two of its colour digital printing systems.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The AccurioPress C7100\/C7090 series, together with the AccurioPress C14000 series and the AccurioPress C4080 series, has been awarded the international FograCert Validation Printing System (VPS) certification. The institute determined that the Konica Minolta<\/a> AccurioPress C7100\/C7090 series \u201efulfils all criteria of this programme in the tested configurations<\/strong>\u201e. The presses are now certified when operated with the optional EFI Fiery or Konica Minolta controllers.<\/p>

Fogra accreditation is awarded following extensive testing under various printing conditions covering a wide range of capabilities. These included PDF\/X conformity, proof production, gloss and fluorescence, colour reproduction\/constancy and light fastness<\/strong>. Other factors included fading, delayed reprint behaviour, rub resistance, colourimetric tonal value transfer, tonal value range limits, registration and image resolution as well as other information.\u00a0<\/p>
