Automation specialist Balyo will be presenting its Reachy narrow-aisle robot at LogiMat 2023. The system is designed to replace manually operated forklift trucks while taking up less space.<\/strong><\/p>

The infrastructure-free reach mast robot can pick up pallets weighing up to 1,600 kg at a height of 12 metres. It can also perform a 360\u00b0 turn in just 2.9 metres, which is the tightest turning space in the aisle for high-rack stackers. The vehicle is equipped for fully autonomous movement, utilising LiDAR and a proprietary SLAM algorithm, as well as Additional 3D cameras and sensors that recognise a variety of globally common pallet types<\/strong>.<\/p>
