The new series of vision systems complements Minebea Intec<\/a> as the fourth pillar of quality inspection, the portfolio of end-of-line inspection devices. Visitors to the stand at the trade fair will be able to experience the VisioPointer live. Supported by three cameras as standard, several types of lighting and optional side and satellite cameras for multi-sided analysis, it delivers precise results when checking labels, imprints or the best-before date.<\/strong> It also provides a reliable seal seam inspection. This inspection is an important visual quality check in the food sector, as the best-before date of the product can only be reached if the packaging is absolutely leak-proof.<\/p>

In the field of dynamic checkweighers, Minebea Intec presents the Essentus Performance L Combi, one of its bestsellers in a new guise. The new version combines the Essentus Performance L checkweigher and the Vistus metal detector in one base frame. This makes the system space-saving and efficient. The combined system is used to check the weight, carry out completeness checks, control upstream filling systems and simultaneously check for metallic foreign bodies.<\/strong> Essentus Performance L Combi is also calibratable and has a stainless steel conveyor system, which is ideal for hygienic requirements, especially for wet applications or unpackaged products.<\/p>
