Trioworld has developed an alternative packaging solution that utilises recycled materials. The Katan-Ex Loop30 stretch film has a post-consumer recyclate content of 30 per cent and helps companies to reduce their CO2<\/sub>-footprint.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Recycling stretch film quickly results in a loss of quality because the stretch film to be recycled often contains impurities from previous use. The starting point of Trioworld<\/a> was that the stretch film had to fulfil the company's own requirements and those of its customers.<\/p>

\"The reason why we were able to produce a premium stretch film based on recycled material is that we ensure the highest quality standards at every stage of the process. And that way we can also be sure that we end up with a consistently good product.\"<\/p>

The collected stretch film becomes Trioworlds recycling plant in France is sorted, cleaned and processed into new granulate, from which the Katan-Ex Loop30 is then produced.<\/strong> is used. The result is a circular stretch film with a lower CO2<\/sub>-footprint.<\/p>

\"Thanks to our own recycling process and an innovative approach, we can produce clean PCR, which forms the basis of our stretch film. With the help of our micro-layer technology, we use it to produce Katan-Ex Loop30, which is characterised by an elongation capacity of up to 285 percent and very high resistance.\"<\/p>

Following extensive tests at a large company in the beverage industry, Katan-Ex Loop30 has now proven that film consumption is low compared to other products thanks to its high pre-stretch. The film has a good uptime in the wrapping process and ensures good pallet stability. The stretch film is also circular.<\/p>
