The HE series demonstrates how the manufacturer's robots fulfil this requirement profile. HE stands for Humid Environment and characterises all robots that are specially modified for use with liquids.<\/strong> Blasting with hot water, foaming with cleaning chemicals and manual brushing are also no problem. All HE robots are fully encapsulated and, when using a pressurised unit, are designed with IP67 protection. The wrist of the machine is watertight.<\/p>

What St\u00e4ubli robots<\/a> in practice, the manufacturer proves with a realistic demo cell in which four and six-axle vehicles work hand in hand<\/strong>. In the process cell, a compact TX2-60 six-axis robot performs cutting processes for portioning meat and cheese products. The compact robot emphasises its performance in both ultrasonic and water jet cutting.<\/p>

Directly afterwards an ultra-fast TS2-60 SCARA is used for the primary packaging of the food.<\/strong> What catches the eye here is the impressive dynamics that the four-axis HE robot demonstrates despite the use of food-grade oil.<\/p>
