The recently developed horizontal flowpack film packaging machine from Hugo Beck is also suitable for the production of display packaging that is presented upright on shop shelves. The \u201eflowpack X-D\u201c system has been optimised to meet the requirements of praline and confectionery presentation.<\/p>\n

The \u201eflowpack X-D<\/strong>\u201c processes different types of film and can be configured to customer specifications. For the production of Display packaging<\/strong> a header is used to apply a Labels<\/strong> generated. The travelling transverse welding unit ensures high production output with continuous transverse welding. At the same time, two cross-sealing profiles produce the header. The packs are lined up by accumulation or contact-free via cascade belts. A printed carton can be inserted on one side of the pack.<\/p>\n

The machine is controlled by a Siemens Simatic servo motor control. As equipment accessories, Hugo Beck offers a Automatic film changers<\/strong>, a Control system<\/strong> for aligning the film, various belt types for the infeed area and specially designed parts that come into contact with the product. Production speeds of 200 cycles per minute are specified.<\/p>
