The high basis weight of 450 grams per square metre is now available for the \u201eZanpack silk\u201c class of speciality papers and cartons with a double-coated surface on one side. In the \u201eZanpack silk2\u201c class with a double-coated surface on both sides, basis weights of 490 and 550 grams per square metre have been added to the range.<\/p>\n<p>According to Zanders, the new qualities are suitable for <strong>Packaging<\/strong> cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, as well as high-quality confectionery, food and beverages and non-food items. According to the company, the new, heavy product qualities are also characterised, like the tried-and-tested products, by <strong>basis weights<\/strong> of 180 grams per square metre is characterised by its smooth surfaces and attractive appearance.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the above-mentioned product qualities, Zanders offers \u201e<strong>Zanpack touch<\/strong>\u201c an uncoated surface variant. \u201e<strong>Zanpack silk digital<\/strong>\u201c is optimised for digital printing. \u201e<strong>Zanpack tinted board<\/strong>\u201c has a grey colouring and a dark grey reverse side. Zanders GmbH offers the option of requesting samples of the various paper and cardboard qualities on its website.
