DTM Print, solution provider for special printing systems, offers its customers various labels made from natural fibres and recycled materials under the new DTM EcoTec line.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Labels can also contribute to the sustainability of packaging. DTM Print therefore offers four inkjet materials as part of the EcoTec line. These include DTM EcoTec Hemp Paper. This Label consists of 100 per cent hemp fibres<\/strong>. Hemp can be harvested up to three times a year, whereas plantation trees are only harvested every seven years. Thanks to its fibres, which are five times longer than wood pulp, the Material is tear-resistant and can often be recycled<\/strong>.<\/p>

The company also offers a solution made from grass with DTM EcoTec Grass Paper. The natural grass fibres of the label not only give the paper material its natural appearance, but also reduce the amount of process water required in the production process<\/strong>. The adhesive is an acrylate dispersion, permanent, solvent-free and can come into direct contact with food in accordance with EU Regulation No. 10\/2011.<\/p>

The DTM EcoTec Paper Matte Nature paper label is made from 100 per cent recycled backing material from used label rolls. DTM EcoTec Poly Clear Gloss R90 is a glossy, transparent paper label. PET label consisting of 90 per cent PCR PET material (post-consumer recycled)<\/strong>but has the same printing properties and mechanical characteristics as its non-PCR counterpart \"DTM Poly Clear Gloss\". The use of PCR materials also means that More recycling options for plastics production and industry<\/strong> created.<\/p>
