VEMAG Maschinenbau will be presenting new facets and solutions from portioning to insertion in a wide variety of packaging types. Under the motto \u201eBoundless Product Passion\u201c, the packaging solutions on show can increase both product safety and production efficiency.<\/strong><\/p>

Minced meat, burgers, sausages, convenience products, baked goods, confectionery, marzipan, plant-based foods, dairy products, pet food, modelling clay, cosmetic or pharmaceutical products, precisely portioned and optimally packaged. The focus is always on the end product and its high quality.<\/strong> The fully automated, precise, weight-accurate and gentle depositing and dosing of pasty, flowable or chunky products as well as doughs and mixes can take place in cups, jars, trays, tins, thermoformers, flow wrappers or bags.<\/p>

The transfer, grouping and depositing of different products, e.g. in trays, is one option for automation (Fig.).<\/strong> Fully automatic packaging lines such as tray sealers or thermoforming packaging machines can also be fed. Here too, the company offers various solutions. For example, it is possible to feed single-lane portioned products in multiple lanes in the transport direction of the packaging machine.<\/p>

Individual solutions such as the optimised FD316 tray denester for the flexible separation and depositing of trays in a wide range of formats can be seen in action at the trade fair. The stand-alone denester can be easily integrated into existing lines from various suppliers. This increases efficiency and flexibility in production.<\/strong> It is possible to reliably separate packaging made of aluminium or plastic with different formats.<\/p>
